Cereals 46.1% (wheat flour, rice flour, wheat bran), milk filling 40% [sugar, vegetable fat (palm, shea; in varying ratios), powdered milk mix 23% (whey, milk),emulsifier: sunflower lecithin,aroma, vanila extrakt], sugar,  cocoa powder with low fat content 4,8%, fat-free powdered milk, roasted barley.
