Cereals 47,3% (wheat flour, wholegrain wheat flour, rice flour, wheat bran), milk filling 40% (sugar, shea oil, whey powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract, flavour), sugar, cocoa powder with reduced fat 4.8% (cocoa powder with reduced fat, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate), roasted barley.
