History
1991 – Pragosoja spol. s r.o. was founded as a company involved in the import and subsequent sale of goods.
1992 – The company launches its own production (extrusion technology) and hence the production of its own goods (soy proteins). These products are distributed under the brand name BONA VITA.
1994 – Production is moved to a new company facility due to the need for a larger space.
1995 – The company launches sales of corn flakes, marking the beginning of its breakfast cereal production program. Within two years BONA VITA ranks among the top three brands on a demanding market controlled by foreign competition.
1996 – A subsidiary, Bona Vita Servis spol. s r.o. with headquarters in Bratislava, is established with the intention of supporting sales in Slovakia.
2001 – The company creates its own distribution network in the Czech Republic and substantially expands its portfolio of products. The company begins to distribute goods from other suppliers under its own brand and distribute the products of partner firms under their trade names.
2002 – The company earns ISO 9001 certification.
2008 – The company earns the internationally recognized IFS and BRC quality control certificates.
2008 – The company is awarded "2008 Packaging of the Year" for the graphic design of the packaging of its organic (BIO) products.
2009 – The company successfully defends its IFS and BRC certification.
